Shelby SuperCars proudly announces Shelby SuperCars Middle East (SSC ME). Taking place at the world renowned Dubai Autodrome on February 27th, 2009 and during the Grand Racing Weekend, SSC ME will officially announce the opening of the Dubai showroom on the prestigious Sheikh Zayed road. After this long awaited event, SSC ME will be the new international headquarters for Shelby SuperCars.

In the first of four international showrooms slated for opening in 2009, the massive 6,200 square foot showroom sits at the entrance of the famed Dubai Twin Towers, arguably one of the most prestigious locations on earth. The flagship showroom of the Middle East, located on Sheikh Zayed Road, will display exclusively the automaker’s "Fastest Production Car in the World," the Ultimate Aero. As SSC considers co-branding relationships with high-end fashion designers, the showroom will provide SSC apparel, accessories and merchandise alongside an exclusive café for its guests.

Dubai, a racing culture, renowned for its insatiable appetite for luxury, high ticket items, will host the ribbon cutting ceremony in February, 2009. The star-studded event will include press, celebrities and financiers from around the world vying to be seen at this highly-anticipated, invitation-only event. Highlighting the occasion will be an auction of the Ultimate Aero used to break the world speed record.

Future exclusive showrooms in development include Moscow, Russia, and Hong Kong, China.
